A. Add Oryza-Mul to the water phase, ensure full hydration and then homogenize with the oil phase. The product does not breakdown in high shear mixing.

A. Oryza-Mul works as an emulsifier (binding oil in water), without increasing the viscosity.

A. No, it is the water-soluble extract from rice bran. If you are interested in fiber, RIBUS does sell a rice fiber product.

A. Oryza-Mul is tan in color (the color of brown rice), in a pure white product it may have a slight impact on color.
