Ingredient:

Nu-FLOW®

 
Use Rates:

0.25%- 3.0% (1:1 replacer for SiO2) 
There is no maximum use rate. 
Use necessary amount to achieve desired flow rate.

Instructions:


Use a ribbon blender to mix with dry ingredients. 

 

 
Observations:      

Nu-FLOW is tan in color which more closely mimics the color of many spice blends (compared to a white anti-caking powder).
