Ingredient:

Nu-RICE®

 

Use Rates:

0.25 - 0.5% (based on dry solids)

 

Special
Instructions:


Blend with dry ingredients (Dry system)
Add to water phase (Wet system)

 

Observations:      

In dry systems, Nu-RICE adsorbs much of the lipid components such as chicken and beef fat.  When rehydrated, Nu-RICE releases these fats and their corresponding flavors to the liquid matrix.
