Objectives:

1.  Clean Label
2.  Replace synthetic emulsifiers (mono & di’s or soy lecithin)
3.  Reduces syneresis

 

Ingredient:

Nu-RICE®

 

Use Rates:

0.25 - 0.50% (based on weight)

 

Special
Instructions:


Blend with oil or water phase, then homogenize.  Add remaining ingredients and process as normal.
