Nu-BAKE®

 

Use Rates:

0.5-1% (based on total weight)

Instructions:


Blend with dry ingredients and then add fat or liquid system.

 

Observations:      

Product will have a longer shelf life.
Reduce cracking or drying of finished product.
Minimized syneresis.
