Ingredient:

Nu-FLAC®

 
Use Rates:

0.25-2.0%
There is no maximum use rate.
Use the amount of Nu-FLAC necessary to give satisfactory results.  Typical load capacity is 12-25% (oil or water)

Instructions:


Use a ribbon blender to mix with dry ingredients.
Liquid flavors are to be pre-blended with Nu-FLAC prior to adding to tea.

 
Observations:      

Nu-FLAC is a versatile ingredient which not only adsorbs the flavor compounds, but mimics the flake or granule size of the tea.
