5.  Liquid to Powder via ribbon blending vs. Spray Drying
6.  Natural/Organic Product Needed

 

Ingredient:

Nu-FLAC®

 

Use Rates:

0.1 – 35%
Typical load capacity is 12-15% (oil or water)

Blend with dry or liquid ingredients

 

 

Observations:      

Nu-FLAC adsorbs many of the flavor compounds within its cellular matrix.  Upon re-hydration Nu-FLAC releases these flavors into the liquid system.
